Why we accept generative AI
Our objective is to collaborate with creative individuals, enabling their participation in the digital economy by crafting authentic narratives. Given the rapid evolution of technology, it becomes imperative for us to integrate generative content as an supplementary avenue for creatives adept in this domain.
Nevertheless, in alignment with our mission and values, we selectively embrace generative AI only in those realms where our stories typically lack representation, allowing contributors to continue to earn royalties.
Uploading Generative AI to PICHA Stock
1. Make sure your content follows our rules
Our mission is to empower creative individuals and embrace technology that expands what's possible. Generative AI is a powerful tool that, when used responsibly, helps creators produce unique and valuable content.
Avoid Submitting content that:
- DON'T submit content created using other artists/creators' names in your prompts
- DON'T submit content created using other artists/creators' style and/or look and feel in your prompts
- DON'T submit content including protected and copyrighted elements and brands.
2. People
NOTE that if in your generative asset, you used prompts based on a human model, then you need to include a release form. If your generative AI asset was not based on a 'real' person but appears to look like a real person, make sure you click on the "People and Property are fictional" box in the contributor portal to certify the people and/or property are fictional.

4. Meta data
Description should include that the asset has been created using generative AI tool:
Ex: Generative AI Image of a Black woman operating a patient in a hospital surgery room
DON'T Describe or depict subjects or locations in ways that may mislead buyers
5. File Requirements
Images & Illustrations
- Format: JPEG or PNG
- Minimum size: 4 MP
- Aspect ratio: 3:2 or 16:9
- Color mode: sRGB
Videos
- Format: MP4 (H.264)
- Minimum resolution: 1920x1080
- Duration: 5–30 seconds
- No audio or royalty-free audio only
6. Submission checklist
- Select the check box "Created using generative AI tools" before submitting your image
- Select the check box "People and Property are fictional" before submitting a generative image or video depicting a fake person/property
- Failure to do so will result in file rejection
